Tea Time with Executive Chef Louis Simard of the Fairmont Château Laurier

  Inside the Château Laurier, Zoe's Lounge is home to the hotel's popular afternoon tea with its English scones, homemade jams and open-faced sandwiches, served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., year-round.

• These frozen summer tea pops are perfect for kids. Just brew your favourite berry or herbal tea, add local honey — approximately 1 teaspoon per cup of brewed tea. Pour the sweetened tea into a popsicle form or ice cube tray with picks and freeze. Once frozen, serve as a refreshing afternoon treat on a hot day.
