An Icon comes to Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa
Spend the evening with DLynn Proctor, Brand Ambassador Penfolds Americas as he guides you through some of Penfolds’ most iconic selections, including a 2002, Grange. In addition to dinner, guests will have the opportunity for a meet and greet with DLynn during a one-hour opening reception.
DLynn is one of the four featured personalities in the internationally acclaimed wine documentary ‘SOMM’, covering the rigorous journey to becoming a Master Sommelier of which there
are among 250 globally.
Named ‘Best Sommelier in America’ by Wine and Spirits Magazine, DLynn was a finalist in The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Société Mondiale du Vin ‘Best Sommelier in America Competition’ in 2008 and 2009, and was named to the National RUDD Scholars of 2011.
The evening will include a 5-course culinary masterpiece by esteemed Le Cordon Bleu,
Executive Chef Yannick Anton.
