Taster's Choice - 10 Course Dinner + Champagne
This event is a Culinary Challenge based out of Ottawa with a central goal of promoting local restaurants, recognizing top local chefs and giving a chance to apprentices and students from local culinary institutes to work on the job with experts in their field. To take it one step further, we are solely working in partnership with local food producers and retailers as well.
The tournament is in an elimination format, pairing up 8 selected chefs from auditions, into teams of two with students/apprentices from local schools. Teams will compete in the tournament, with the goal of reaching the finale round. Challenges take place on a monthly basis and are thematic with diners judging who the winning team is.
