Kassy Boulay, above, opened the quaint, 450-square-foot retail shop in downtown Perth to compliment Perth Pie Co.'s long-standing wholesale business, supplying pie shells, cinnamon buns, cookies and other baked goods to grocers throughout Lanark County.
