Murphy-Buske and Janneret built four rustic but cosy cabins, with all the comforts of home, and breakfast baskets for lucky guests.
Murphy-Buske, a Gatineau native, started her career as a barista but is now a pastry chef and, after working with Marysol Foucault at Edgar, she’s ready to branch out and do her own bed-andbreakfast cooking at Terre & Neige.
The couple built the cabins at Terre & Neige in clearings so they didn’t have to lose any trees. As a result, they’re all nicely nestled within nature. With no parking, guests are gently forced into nature to reach them.
