Spring is the perfect time of the year to add a little maple syrup to your favourite dishes.

March is that time of year when we start to feel the warmth of the sun during the day, but the nights can still be quite cold. This kind of weather gets the maple sap flowing, and starts the production of Canadian liquid gold.
