Pasta 101 is a laid back Sunday mid day that involves making and eating pasta drinking coffee and wine and helping our friends at the Parkdale Food Centre. All monies raised go to supporting the Parkdale Food Centre's great programmes. Under the guidance of Absinthe's chef Owner Partick Garland and his sous chef for the day, rock star city councillor Kitchissippi Ward, Councillor Jeff Leiper you, and 29 of your new BFFs will start the morning off at 10am with coffee/tea and cookies and an orientation. We’ll warm up with a simple and universal pasta dough, moving on to rolling and stuffing procedures and finally how to store and cook the pasta once it’s been made. Please bring an apron if you require one
