Farmer Harvest Nights at Pure Kitchen
Farmer Harvest Nights are a new 5 part series that Pure Kitchen Elgin is launching moving into the Fall season.
It all begins on Sunday, September 11th with a spotlight on Arc Acres Farm for the inaugural edition. Join us at 8pm for a 5 course small-plates foodie evening - highlighting a feature and in-season ingredient prepared 5 different ways. September's edition features tomatoes and diners may choose to combine their meal with an optional drink pairing as well designed to highlight the flavours of each course. Farmers and staff will be sharing information about the differences and highlights of the feature ingredient, information about their farming practices, and best tips/ideas for home preparation of the ingredient at home as well!
Reservations will be taken for 8pm, 8:15pm and 8:30pm seatings only and space is limited. 5 courses for $50 with an optional drink pairing for $40 plus applicable taxes. Support in-season, local and creative minds while ending a week and begin a new week feeling inspired!
