Hear ye, Hear ye …Macaulay Heritage Park will be hosting a pudding workshop!

The fires will be burning and the kitchen will be filled with the scents of the Victorian era. As part of Flashback February, a celebration of the unique cultural heritage of Prince Edward County, Mistress Lloyd of Lady Victorian Historical Presentations will teach you how to make both sweet and savoury Victorian puddings.

You will learn how important puddings were in this era and you will get to have an amazing hands on experience creating these delicious taste sensations. Only four spaces available, so register early! Bring your own brown bag lunch as the hearth will be busy boiling your pudding.
