It's all about food and wine.

Welcome to From the Farm Cooking School’s new home, Maison Maitland. The 1827 stone manor has been curated to evoke a place of gracious European country living for our guests. Join for a hands-on cooking class and culinary experience unique to Eastern Ontario. Cook in a state-of -the art chef’s home kitchen and enjoy the fruits of your labour in their elegant  dining room or beautiful courtyard – a true escape to the country.

Half day options – Join a scheduled class or gather friends and family for a private class. Corporate Team Building Workshops are a perfect experience to get everyone working together for a fun afternoon. Their All Day Culinary Adventure offers the full day experience – shopping the markets and farms in the morning for ingredients before heading back to the Maison for your private class. Whatever you choose, they look forward to sharing their table with you soon.
