Arisbe Castellano is the brains behind Mi Cocina. Born and raised in Mexico, where she studied and worked as a food chemist. Arisbe and her family moved to Canada eleven years ago, leaving behind family and friends but carried many of their traditions with them. Family gatherings around the kitchen table with heaps of food is one of them. 

Mi Cocina started as an at-home project, it quickly  grew into cooking lessons, moved on to catering services, and evolved to what it is today – a line of traditional Mexican products with fresh produce from the earth.
