The Perth Cheese Shop
The Perth Cheese Shop is the home of fine cheese, cured sausages and other delicious treats -- offering local and worldly charcuterie boards, platters, grazing tables, and even charcuterie cones.
In 2010, Meredith Salvian walked into the Mill Street Cheese Company in Georgetown, Ontario. As she sampled unique cheeses and freshly cut meats from all over the world, Meredieth fell in love with the delightful tastes and textures. From that moment, she dreamed of creating her own cheese shop.
She needed to find a home to build her dream, and wanted to be in a community that loved cheese, and would appreciate the way a fine charcuterie board brings friends and family together. In Perth, Meredith found a community full of caring, friendly people, and is thrilled to delight the community with cheese, meats, and other treats for years to come.
