Justin Faubert is a Red-Seal certified chef and co-publisher of edible Ottawa and edible Toronto magazines.
A graduate of The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, BC, Justin has worked in many aspects of the culinary industry, including kitchens in restaurants and catering companies, the 2010 Winter Olympics and in homes as a private chef in both Vancouver and Ottawa.
His interest in local foods, it's growers, distributors, purchasers and producers of this province can now be told in stories, photographs and recipes on the pages of edible Ottawa and edible Toronto.
