At Crooked Mile, they encourage you to use all your senses to appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into their quality ales. Its offerings are British-inspired ales that are wonderfully balanced with flavours and aromas working in perfect harmony; inviting you to savour every sip, to take your time, and to enjoy the ale.
Nick and Vicki Pruiksma, along with their business partner, Dylan Bouleau opened Crooked Mile in 2016. Since then, the strong sense of community and collaboration in Almonte inspired them to create brews featuring ingredients from their Almonte neighbours, including: Equator Coffee, Hummingbird Chocolate Makers, Dandelion Foods and Healthy Food Technologies.
When you visit Crooked Mile, you can expect a warm welcome, brewery tours, snacks and games on the weekend and a relaxed atmosphere. You can even order a pizza from Equator Coffee (around the corner from the brewery) to enjoy with your beer. Sounds just about perfect.
