Udderly Ridiculous Goat Milk Ice Cream believes in high-quality ingredients, in building relationships with suppliers and in honouring the labour of love that goes into every part of this process. Which is why they're also learning that it takes a community to create ice cream this good. Making ice cream this way is definitely more work but they believe it’s well worth the effort. 

The Merry Dairy began as an ice cream truck in 2012 with a goal to serve a super-premium, original recipe, all-natural ice cream called frozen custard throughout Ottawa. Now also a shop at 102 Fairmont Avenue in Ottawa’s Hintonburg neighbourhood, The Merry Dairy now offer three styles of hand-made original recipe premium ice cream: frozen custard (midwestern style), hard-scoop (premium ice cream) and soft serve (Jersey-style) custard as well as handmade Merry Pops, shakes and sandwiches.

The Downtowne Ice Cream Shoppe has been serving up homemade ice cream and gelato since 2002. Each flavour is made in small batches and features local ingredients whenever possible. Along with handmade truffles, chocolates and candies there's something for everyone.
