A Fine Arts Degree and Masters of Education in Fine Arts are the basis of Pamela Carter’s training. She has conducted many workshops across Canada and abroad, including here in Prince Edward County. 

Current association memberships include the Pastel Society of Eastern Canada, the Federation of Canadian Artists, and Oil Painters of America. 

In addition to a 30 year teaching career in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, Pamela has exhibited across the country and participated in shows in New York City, New Mexico, and Rouen, France.

Oeno Gallery’s beautiful, light-filled space is nestled amidst the lush vineyards of the Huff Estates Winery in scenic Prince Edward County, Ontario. Oeno (which fittingly is named for the Greek goddess of wine) represents a stunning array of talented contemporary Canadian (and some international) artists. Every year, thousands of art lovers view their bi-monthly art exhibitions.
