Cole Baker has a very worldly view when it comes to food. He has worked in several hotels and restaurants in Ottawa, Toronto and Belgium including a stint at Ottawa's Domus Cafe. Leaving the restaurant world, Cole went on to become the chef of the Canadian Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, and has worked the as the chef at both the Embassy of France and the Embassy of Belgium in Ottawa.
Cole is currently the chef for the Embassy of Sweden in Ottawa.
