The Cauldron Kitchen's Canning Workshops

Highlighting what’s in season, these weekly workshops are designed to show you how to preserve for the winter ahead.
The classes will be taught by different chefs from throughout the city. Check back to see what teacher has taken on which week, and book early as space is limited! Some of our teachers are:
Susan Jessup, from the Wild Oat.
Joann Laverty, from the Red Apron.
Warren Sutherland, from The Sutherland restaurant
Cost: $100 per class, plus tax. Students will receive at least 6 jars of product/class, recipe booklet each class, light snacks during demo (provided by Piggy Market Delicatessen)
Sign up for all 12 and receive a 20% discount.
Sign up for one or more classes before August and receive a 10% discount. (Discounts are not offered together)
