Chef Jenni Lessard and NAC executive chef, Kenton Leier, have collaborated on an exceptional dining experience drawing inspiration from Chef Lessard’s Métis heritage and culinary tradition as well as a unique selection of fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Guests will be treated to 5 courses, presented by both chefs before each service, providing a little background and insight on the origin of their ingredients as well as the inspiration behind their creation. A curated collection of complimentary wine choices from Stratus Vineyards will also be presented by their Estate Director, Suzanne Janke.

Jenni Lessard is a Métis chef, recipe developer and the Indigenous culinary consultant for Wanuskewin Heritage Park. She lives on Treaty Four Territory in the Qu’Appelle Valley in Saskatchewan, where she draws inspiration from the land.
