Distillerie du Square

The Distillerie du Square is part of a recreational and tourism project in the heart of Chelsea village. As part of the Old Chelsea Square regroupement, the distillery is now (soon!) a dream come true. The team has been working on this project for more than 3 years now and while waiting for the end of the construction, they decided to create their very first gin recipe and to bottle it just for you in order to let you live the experience of the Gin du Jardin which is made from 100% corn based Quebec alcohol. The aromatic profile of the gin is unique and features assertive notes of cantaloupe, supported by the presence of sage, mint, cucumber and fresh lemon zest.
