At The Local Store, they celebrate the rich heritage and creativity of the community. Step inside and experience the charm and craftsmanship that define Prince Edward County.

In the heart of Prince Edward County, on the way to Sandbanks, we are proud to showcase the work of 140 County Artists, Artisans and over 40 local food producers; all found inside the walls of century-old County dairy barn.

The Local Store is also the home of several specialty areas:

The Loft Fine Art Gallery – the original work of only County Artists
Building Bridges Indigenous Gallery – the work of our neighbours of Tyendinaga; the first nation reserve of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte
Hayloft Antiques & Vintage – discover an array of treasures waiting to be unearth; unique decor accents, barware, crystal, china, glass…you’re sure to find something to delight your senses.
Silks Vintage Stall – vintage purses, scarves, jewellery, designer tops & more
