Executive chef Albert Ponzo brings over two decades of award-winning experience and passion to his seasonal and locally inspired food. He has put his signature touch on an inspired menu, one that honours our regional terroir and celebrates the bounty of The Royal's own Edwin County Farms and the many incredible growers in the County. With an open archway on one side that offers a view into the kitchen, this warm, inviting room also extends graciously onto an expansive outdoor dining area that overlooks their lush garden.
