After many years of working in the restaurant industry, owners Steven and Jennifer Wall had a clear-cut vision of the atmosphere they wanted to create for their guests. A neighbourhood spot for celebrating special occasions or milestones, dropping in after work with friends or colleagues to share a few oysters, or a night of warm bread and pasta with your family. Their open kitchen overlooks the dining room, adding a warm convivial feel.

The team at Supply and Demand is a group of passionate food professionals who live and work in the community that they love -- they are proud of their positive work environment, where culinary mentorship is emphasized and exchanged amongst peers.
