Trail Estate Winery

Situated in Hillier, Ontario, Trail Estate Winery is one of the newest wineries in Prince Edward County. Their focus on small batch -- a focus on site, craft, and character.

Trail Estate Winery makes minimalist wines. That means wild ferments for everything, skin contact wines, obscure (but delicious) barrel ferments and Pét Nat among others. Most of theirr wines rate 90+ -- they mostly make wine from Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürz., Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Baco Noir. 

Their bottle shop is currently open Thurs to Sat 12-5 and other days by app’t or chance.
