RPM Bakehouse

At RPM Bakehouse, grains are an obsession. The flours we use are selected for being both distinctive in flavour and noble in pedigree. To source these flours responsibly, they’ve developed relationships with local farmers and millers who are proponents of diverse and resilient heritage grains that are sown and grown in Ontario. These flavourful wheats are featured in slow-fermented sourdough bread, crisp buttery pastries, and savoury delights.

PECish Baking Co.

Owning property in Prince Edward County ("The County") for more than 10 years, getting married in The County, and exploring all of the amazing nooks and crannies has been so exciting for PECish owners and founders, MaTTi Matyasfalvi and Stephen Matyasfalvi. 

MaTTi's true weekend passion over all these years was always baking, especially bread, for their home, family and friends. Always finding the freshest and most unique ingredients and meeting tons of characters along the way has simply been amazing in this area.

Dessert First

The folks at Dessert First produce everything in small batches and only use the best quality ingredients to ensure their end product is exceptional. Their ingredients are sourced locally where possible and they make everything from scratch, even their graham crackers, and vanilla syrup. To minimize their environmental impact, they use biodegradable products and have a no-waste philosophy.

Almanac Grain

Almanac is an urban mill and bakery in Ottawa's East End.
They’re picking up the torch set down by our forebears by stone milling honest Canadian flour that looks and tastes like it used to. 

Their mission is to deliver good food by supporting better farming. The folks at Almanac believe that what they leave behind is as important as what they sell, which is why they are committed to supporting restorative agricultural practices that promote environmental resiliency and conserve the land for future generations.

Petits Macarons

Based in Ottawa, Petits Macarons is a small family business, owned and operated by Lori Limarilli, a passionate baker dedicated to offering quality confections to clients who seek a gourmet experience of the highest value. 

At Petits Macarons, they believe in using only the finest ingredients to give our customers an unforgettable experience. Their macarons are handcrafted in small batches using fresh, whole, seasonal ingredients.

Tom's Pantry

Tom's Pantry is an organic bakery, cozy café, and local food market in Alexandria ON. At Tom's Pantry, they love authentic organic sourdough bread, the traditional levained bread that was common centuries ago before yeast was developed. Yeast makes quick and easy bread, but sourdough provides the unique fermented taste and the strong chewy texture. They also love organic agriculture and food for its positive impact on our environment, the contribution to our health, and its support of farm families.  Tom's Pantry uses almost only organic certified flours.

Mamie Clafoutis

Do you remember the deserts you cooked with your grandmother on weekends or during the holidays? That delicious smell coming out of her kitchen when you came home from the school? The brioche coming out of the oven that comforted you after an intense study day? Or again those Sunday mornings in your pajamas enjoying those warm crispy croissants? Mamie Clafoutis, brings back those tasty memories, with excellent recipes and the utmost simplicity.

Black Walnut Bakery Café

Black Walnut Bakery Café is a true family business success story that first took root in 2011 with the Etheridge family. Born and raised in London, with years of top industry experience both baking and managing, their family team knew it was time to bring those skills and passion to the bakery café scene in London’s Wortley Village. They spent 4 years honing the menu and service standards to become a perennial award winner for their baked goods and customer service.
