Vanessa Simmons

Vanessa Simmons is the Cheese Sommelier for Savvy Company in Ottawa, and is fanatical about Canadian artisan cheese. Vanessa is a cheese educator, holds tasting seminars, and is a recognized cheese industry writer, judge, media personality, speaker and blogger. She believes in the positive energy of artisan cheese and is passionate about sharing the stories behind Canada's artisan cheese community.
