The 401 Cider Brewery is located at The Big Apple in Northumberland County, a welcomed addition to the Heart of Apple Country. At a location where everything is apple, a cider house seemed to fit right in.

Quayle’s Brewery, is nestled in the hills of Oro-Medonte, Ontario between lower Georgian Bay and Lake Simcoe, a short drive from Toronto and only 9 minutes from Orillia. Bad Apple Brewing Company

Bad Apple Brewing Company is owned and run by the Ingram family. Jason and Sarah Ingram were raised in Huron County. They have always loved living by Lake Huron and wanted to raise their two children here as well. In 2011, when a property with a beautiful house and century barn, on a 4.9 acre orchard came up for sale and was just a 10 minute walk from the lake, they decided to make it their forever home. They saw all the potential the property had and spent the first three years learning to care for the property and playing around with ideas of what they could do with it.

Spark Beer

Spark Beer opened in 2020 with a goal to produce and serve the best hoppy, sour and Belgian influenced beers possible. Owners Andrea and John have lived in and around Chinatown for over 20 years and, after seeing the ‘for rent’ sign at 702 Somerset Street West, knew they found the home of Spark Beer. We brew beer using modern techniques, but with some classic Belgian flair.

Calabogie Brewing Co. opened in 2015, but the brewery’s story dates back centuries. They proudly named the brewery after the town of its birth, Calabogie, ON – a small town about a hundred kilometres west of Ottawa.
