Rowland Leather offers the latest leather creations of Michael Rowland - original handbags and backpacks made here in Canada.Michael Rowland, bag maker extraordinaire, celebrates 40 years of dedicated creativity. He is devoted to making leather goods of exquisite style and enduring quality. His award-winning designs attest to his passion for excellence. Leather linings and bound edges are distinguishing traits of his superb leather creations.

Dianne Rodger Jewellery

Dianne has been creating jewellery since childhood - buying her first bag of beads at a local street fair when she was 7-years old. For this self-taught designer, working with her hands has always brought her a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

In 2009, Dianne studied gemmology, earning her professional certification from the Canadian Gemmological Association in Toronto. She continued her studies by completing the world-renowned program in jewellery appraising from the California Institute of Jewelry Training in 2010. 

Byward Public Market

For almost 200 years, ByWard has been home to outdoor vending in Ottawa. Whether you’re popping into the local butcher for the cut of the day, discovering unique fashions, or being inspired by artisans and crafters, there is something new to discover with every visit!. The outdoor public market season runs from May to October (+ Holidays), but the area is alive all year round with dynamic restaurants, artisan groceries, unique retail, and of course street theatre.

Diane Sullivan Arabesque Pottery

Diane Sullivan has been working full time in clay for 30 years. 

In 1994 Diane graduated with a Masters of Fine Art in Ceramic Art from the University of Washington in Seattle, having done her undergraduate on the other coast at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (1992). Originally from Ontario, she decided to settle in Alberta after school having been invited to do a residency at the Banff Centre for Fine Arts. 

Bark Woodshop

Bark Woodshop is located on the wine route and within walking distances to more than nine vineyards. Owner and woodworker, Mike McGuire specializes in end grain cutting boards, charcuterie boards and items for home and garden. All products are handmade in their PEC studio.

Wick Witch Apothecary

Tucked away in their mystical boutique in Merrickville, the sisters of Wick Witch can be found creating their latest candle and bath concoctions.

What started out as selling their wares on the front porch of their historic Merrickville home, soon went to local farmers markets and being stocked in local shops.  The production eventually became too much for their tiny kitchen and the brick and mortar Wick Witch studio & boutique was founded and continues to blossom.  

The Pines Rides

The Pines Rides is a snowboard and surf lifestyle shop, serving the adventurous family. Their vision is to stay on trend, while remaining eco-conscious.
