Les Fougères

Les Fougères is situated just 14 minutes from downtown Ottawa/Gatineau, in the magnificent Gatineau Hills. Their critically acclaimed cuisine is executed by the chef/proprietors and their team and showcases the best regional produce available. The menu changes with the seasons and the wine list is chosen carefully to complement menu choices. As well as an à la carte menu they also offer a monthly table d'hôte, an 8-course tasting menu, and lunch, brunch, vegetarian and childrens' menus.

Throughout the four seasons, Les Fougères offers lovely views across the garden and back into a beautiful maple wood. The dining room is warmly accented with pine and its country elegance includes a huge fireplace faced with local granite and a large screened verandah for summer dining.

Les Fougères is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday except major holidays, and both the dining room and the verandah are entirely non-smoking.
