Hattie Klotz
Hattie Klotz is a freelance writer based in Ottawa. Born and educated in the U.K., she’s now lived in the city for 17 years. Hattie loves to travel and has recently been to Argentina, Austria, Vietnam and Italy, to say nothing of frequent trips home to the U.K. She met her husband ski racing many years ago, but unless there’s a foot of new powder snow, she now prefers to get out on a pair of cross country skis. She is happiest when messing about in her vegetable garden and with horses on a farm near Wakefield. She is writing two books, both to be published this year: the first, on Vertical Gardening, the second, a cookery book, based on the fruits and vegetables grown at her family home in the U.K.
