The Sterling

The Sterling is a small casual fine dining restaurant located in a beautiful heritage building on Mill Street in the Friendly town of Almonte. They offer a seasonally changing menu sourced from local vendors, curated cocktails designed in-house and small craft beers and wine from independent vineyards.

Coconut Lagoon

Coconut Lagoon is inspired by the incredible Kerala Cuisine found on India’s South West Coast. The wine selections focus on championing old world regions, and other fine wines that pair perfectly with the complexity of spices found on their unique menu. The menu reflects Chef Michael Blackie’s best food memories, which span over his 30-year international career. Their food style can best be described as a balance between Canadian roots with a strong influence in both Asian and European cuisines.

Owners Amber Thom & Jamie Hodges have a combined 50 years of hospitality experience and have been involved in the local hospitality industry in Kingston for the past 12 years. Owning and operating the Red Brick Supper Club, Epicurious Catering, Juniper Cafe (sold in 2018) and now are focusing on the Everly Restaurant and The Everly Wine & Provisions Shop. 

Métropolitain Brasserie

A bustling, romantic brasserie serving tradtional French fare from lunch through supper every day, with brunch served on weekends. A favourite within politicians, staff members and policy wonks. At Hill Hour 4 to 7, weeknights eavesdrop on political intrigue over oysters and cocktails. Make sure to stay for dinner as the conversation in English and French grows more heated as the evening progresses. 

Starling Restaurant & Bar

Hand-crafted cocktails and modern twists on classic dishes. Housed in one of Ottawa's oldest buildings dating to 1875 - with a contemporary vibe. High ceilings, huge windows, exposed brick, velvet banquettes and two giant birdcage booths, the perfect setting for a memorable meal.
