Jessie Duffy has spent most her life around the table and thinking about food. She has spent the past two decades developing a successful career in the foodservice industry, and is the former owner of Wilf & Ada’s and Arlington Five, a diner and cafe duo in Ottawa. Nowadays, she is devoting the bulk of her energies into writing about the people and organizations that are working for food, and exploring issues around food security, food literacy, sustainable food systems and community restoration.
