Black Tartan Kitchen

Located on the idyllic Bridge Street of Carleton Place, Black Tartan Kitchen is the newest family business to open its doors. Their menu reflects the current season and showcases products predominantly from the bountiful Ottawa Valley. The cuisine can best be described as "Canadian Contemporary"; Classic French roots with varying influences all presented with a modern touch. They provide an intimate, casual and homegrown dining experience to be enjoyed on any occasion.

Tennessy Willems

Tennessy Willems pizza dough is made in house on a daily basis. They support local farmers such as Mariposa Farms for their duck and cheeses, Par Toutatis for their wild boar, Bush Gardens for
their organic beef and cheeses, and Peasant’s Craft supplies them with organic pork. Tennessee Willems has created a warm friendly atmosphere where people come to relax, enjoy great food and to renew their spirit.

Established in 2003, Absinthe, is renowned for its commitment to fine food. The restaurant is a modern bistro, using locally sourced ingredients, prepared in an inventive and sophisticated manner. Enjoy the richness of Absinthe cuisine which features meats, cheeses and produce from eastern Ontario and western Quebec, prepared with classical French culinary techniques.
